About Our Treatments
Filler That Lifts Today and Builds Collagen for Months to Come
Prices starting from £350
Dermal fillers are gel-based injectables used to restore volume, refine contour and soften the folds that deepen as facial fat and bone density change with age. The results are immediate, and when placed well they read as rested rather than treated.
At our London clinic we work exclusively with the Allergan Aesthetics range: HArmonyCA and Juvéderm. HArmonyCA is a hybrid injectable, combining hyaluronic acid for instant lift with calcium hydroxyapatite, which stimulates your own collagen production over the following months. That dual action is what sets it apart. You leave with a visible result on the day, and the skin continues to improve underneath as new collagen forms.
Dr Parikh has worked with HArmonyCA since its introduction and has pioneered its application in areas beyond its original use. His case series on diluted HArmonyCA for the neck is the first published research of its kind, and he is the only trainer globally teaching this technique to other clinicians.
Treatment begins with a face-to-face consultation. Dr Parikh will assess your facial anatomy, discuss what is bothering you and explain honestly what filler can and cannot achieve. Treatment takes thirty to sixty minutes depending on the areas involved. Most fillers contain lidocaine, so discomfort is limited.

Treatable Areas with Dermal Fillers
Facial ageing is rarely about lines alone. Fat pads descend, bone recedes and the underlying scaffolding of the face changes, which is why filler placed at the right depth in the right place often achieves what surface treatments cannot.
If your concern is lines that appear when you frown or smile, anti-wrinkle injections are the more appropriate treatment. If your skin looks dull or dehydrated rather than deflated, skin boosters may suit you better. Our guide to Botox versus dermal fillers explains the distinction in more detail.
Cheeks & Midface
The cheeks and midface are where volume loss usually begins and where restoring support has the greatest effect on the face as a whole. Lifting this area often improves the appearance of the lower face without treating it directly.
Jawline & Jowls
The jawline and jowls respond well to HArmonyCA, where the combination of structural lift and collagen stimulation helps redefine a border that has softened.
Nasolabial Folds & Marionette Lines
Nasolabial folds and marionette lines are the creases running from nose to mouth and mouth to chin. These are usually treated by supporting the tissue above them rather than filling the fold itself.
Chin Filler
The chin can be projected and balanced to improve facial proportion, particularly in profile.
Neck
The neck is where Dr Parikh’s published research applies. Diluted HArmonyCA offers a non-surgical option for patients concerned about crepey texture and thinning skin in an area that has historically been difficult to treat. You can read about the neck rejuvenation study in full.

Our Filler Range Explained
Why We Use Allergan Products Exclusively, and What Each One Does
HArmonyCA
HArmonyCA is a hybrid injectable combining hyaluronic acid with calcium hydroxyapatite. The hyaluronic acid provides immediate lift and hydration, while the calcium hydroxyapatite stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen over the following months.
It suits patients whose skin has thinned and lost integrity as well as volume, and results typically last twelve to eighteen months. Our detailed guide covers what HArmonyCA treatment involves.
The Juvéderm Range
Juvéderm is a family of hyaluronic acid fillers, each formulated with a different consistency for a different purpose. Firmer products provide structural support in the cheeks and jawline, while softer formulations suit more delicate areas.
Selecting the right product for the right layer is a large part of what separates a natural result from an obvious one.
Allergan Aesthetics Skin 360 Signature Treatment
Healthy, radiant skin is about more than just smoothing lines or adding volume, it’s about quality. That’s the thinking behind the Allergan Aesthetics Skin 360 Signature Treatment, a signature protocol that brings together anti-wrinkle injections, HArmonyCa, and Skinvive by Juvéderm.
Each one plays a different role, working together to relax fine lines, boost collagen, and deeply hydrate the skin for results that look and feel natural. Dr Apul Parikh recently presented on this approach at the ACE conference in London.

I was looking for a session that worked around my tight schedule, having travelled from abroad—but mainly also one that would allow me to treat live patients under supervision. From the moment I contacted Dr. Parikh, he was warm, transparent, and incredibly accommodating. As a fellow professional, this level of openness and clarity was a breath of fresh air, and it didn’t take me long to confirm the training date.
On the day itself, Dr. Parikh was equally welcoming in person—approachable, humble, and genuinely funny. His patients love him and that is testament to his professionalism and genuine passion for patient care - something I too am passionate about. He created a safe, non-judgmental space for me as a trainee where I felt completely comfortable asking even the “silly” questions. I was able to treat patients right away under his close guidance, and as a visual, hands-on learner, this style of training really resonated with me. I’ve attended many training courses over the years—most of them group-based—and while some have been excellent no doubt, others were too large to allow for meaningful, practical experience. With Dr. Parikh’s 1:1 approach, I had the opportunity to fully engage, ask questions, and gain practical skills I feel confident incorporating into my own clinical practice. Dr. Parikh's support doesn’t end when the training day does. He offers genuine 1:1 ongoing mentorship and I truly feel for me,this marks the beginning of a valuable long-term professional relationship.Thank you, Dr. Parikh—I look forward to working together again in the near future.
I have been to visit the clinic over the last few years and Dr Parikh has continued to provide me with noticeable improvement in skin texture, firmness and dare I say confidence. I don't get to sing his praises enough as while I often get compliments on my appearance thankfully no one ever asks what I've had "done" (so shhh!!) I am also grateful to have been talked out of things that perhaps weren't strictly necessary and I'm only sharing this now I heard gate keeping can age you 😂
If you’re considering this treatment or even just "something" he's definitely worth a visit.
Training alongside the amazing Dr. Apul is an experience like none other. His attention to detail, thoughtful process and passion for teaching is second to none. There’s no one else like him. Thank you for sharing your talent!!🙏🏻☺️

How long do dermal fillers last?
HArmonyCA typically lasts twelve to eighteen months. Juvéderm results generally last six to eighteen months depending on the product used and the area treated. Metabolism, age, lifestyle and treatment area all affect longevity. Our guide on how long dermal fillers last covers this in more detail.
How long does filler take to settle?
Most swelling resolves within a week, and the final result is usually apparent at two weeks. With HArmonyCA, the collagen-stimulating effect continues developing for three to six months. We recommend waiting a full fortnight before assessing your result.
Our article on how long dermal fillers take to settle explains what to expect week by week.
Do dermal fillers hurt?
Discomfort is manageable for most patients. The majority of our fillers contain lidocaine, and topical numbing cream is applied beforehand. Most people describe pressure rather than sharp pain.
How can you ensure I don't look overdone?
This is the concern we hear most often, and it is a fair one. Overfilled results come from placing too much product in the wrong plane, usually chasing a fold rather than addressing the loss of support behind it. Dr Parikh’s approach is conservative and anatomically led, and he will decline to treat if he believes the outcome would not serve you well.
What is the difference between HArmonyCA and a standard filler?
A standard hyaluronic acid filler adds volume and is gradually broken down by the body. HArmonyCA does that too, but the calcium hydroxyapatite it contains also prompts your own collagen production. You get an immediate result and a longer-term improvement in skin quality.
Can HArmonyCA be used in the neck?
Dr Parikh has published the first case series exploring diluted HArmonyCA for neck rejuvenation. This is an advanced application that falls outside the product’s standard licensed use, and it will only be considered after a detailed face-to-face assessment where the evidence, the limitations and the alternatives are discussed with you in full.
What is the difference between dermal fillers and skin boosters?
Fillers restore volume and structure. Skin boosters improve hydration and skin quality without adding volume.
Many patients have both. Our article on whether Skinvive is a skin booster or a filler clarifies a common point of confusion.
Dissolving and Correction
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved using hyaluronidase, which is one of the reasons they are considered a comparatively forgiving treatment. Dr Parikh manages both his own patients and corrective cases referred from elsewhere, and he teaches complication management to other practitioners.
Are dermal fillers safe?
In experienced hands, with regulated products, dermal fillers have a strong safety record. Serious complications are rare but possible, and vascular occlusion is the one that matters most. Choosing a practitioner with detailed anatomical knowledge and the ability to manage complications is the single most important decision you will make. Dr Parikh teaches complication management to other clinicians.
Can I have fillers alongside anti-wrinkle injections?
Yes, and combining them is common. They address different problems: one restores volume, the other softens lines caused by muscle movement. Dr Parikh will plan the sequencing appropriately.
Is there any aftercare?
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, saunas and facials for 24 to 48 hours, and try to sleep on your back for the first night. Our complete aftercare guide sets out the full protocol.
Who should not have dermal fillers?
Fillers are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where there is an active infection at the treatment site. Certain autoimmune conditions, a history of severe allergic reaction and some medications may also mean treatment is inappropriate. A full medical history is taken at consultation.
How much do dermal fillers cost in London?
Pricing is available on request and confirmed at consultation, once Dr Parikh has assessed you and agreed a treatment plan. Prices start from around £350.
Who will perform my treatment?
All injectable treatments are performed by Dr Apul Parikh. He is a member of the Allergan Medical Institute Faculty, has over sixteen years of experience, has authored published research on HArmonyCA, and trains doctors, nurses and dentists in injectable techniques in the UK and internationally.
Where is the clinic?
