Growth Factors by AnteAGE
microneedling combined with revolutionary Growth Factors
What are Growth Factors?
Growth factors are proteins naturally produced by skin cells and responsible for maintaining homeostasis, which helps you keep your skin alive and healthy.
The AnteAge Growth Factors are synthetically produced stem cell derivatives and these are known as the building block cells of the body. The idea behind them is that they promote wound regeneration, growth of collagen, growth of blood vessels, increase in Hyaluronic Acid (essential in skin hydration) and assist with wound healing.
When applied to the skin, they function as healing agents. They thus boost collagen synthesis, improve elasticity, help with acne scars and pigmentation & are also used for skin rejuvenation.
Growth Factors can also be combined with needling on the head to prevent hair loss and improve and restore fallen hair.

Treatable Areas with Microneedling
Microneedling is the mechanical insertion of fine, short, sterilised needles into the skin for rejuvenation.
Topical local anaesthetic is applied to the skin before the microneedling. Next, the AnteAge Growth Factors are applied to the face, and the micro-needling is then carried out to ensure the Growth Factors reach the deep part of the skin (Dermis).
In our clinic, we use the most advanced Microneedling devices available today. This differs from regular Microneedling treatments as they are medical-grade, bespoke, and personally carried out by Dr Apul Parikh.

Does microneedling hurt?
Overall, it is unlikely that Microneedling treatment will hurt.
You may feel pressure or a scratching sensation during your procedure, however, you shouldn’t experience anything more than minor discomfort.
If you do experience any discomfort with your treatment, it’s likely to happen on the bony areas of your face such as your jawline, forehead and hairline.
To help minimise any potential discomfort, we recommend you to temporarily stop using any skin products that can irritate the skin prior to your treatment.
Is microneedling safe?
Microneedling is performed all over the world every day by experienced practitioners.
The only time that this treatment wouldn’t be safe is if they are being administered by an inexperienced practitioner not using industry leading solutions for their injections.
What areas can I have microneedling?
Microneedling is commonly administered to the face, neck and under eye for full facial rejuvenation.
How long do results from microneedling last?
Results tend to last anywhere between 3 to 6 months depending on the person.
To make your results last longer your skin will require special care after your treatment. As the small micro-abrasions work to heal and produce more collagen, the skin isn’t able to protect itself from irritation and environmental impact.
Following treatment our practitioners will provide a full aftercare plan to help you to maximise your results.
How much does Microneedling cost?
Cost for this treatment is dependent on the area being treated.
Please get in touch to discuss with an injectables specialist how much your unique treatment will cost.
Do you offer aftercare advice for microneedling treatments?
We request that following an microneedling treatment, you do not apply any makeup to your face for at least 6 hours prior to treatment.
We would also advise that to get the best results out of your treatment, you should avoid applying makeup for 48 hours after your treatment.
Your practitioner will provide in depth aftercare guidelines following your treatment and answer any questions you may have.
